A Good Breakfast

What I learnt about breakfast is that a good breakfast has to have less than 15 grams of sugar, less than 10 grams of fat and more than 5 grams of fibre. The top four best breakfasts you could have are Weet-Bix, porridge, All Bran and Fibre Life. If you put fruit or yogurt with some cereals, you could have them every day, like rice bubbles and fruit. The top five worst breakfasts are a pie, Coke, Coco pops, a Cookie Time and chips.
