Olympic Games - Rowing
In the 2012 Olympic Games, Nathan Cohen and Joseph Sullivan went into the 2012 Olympics for rowing, and fighting for a gold medal for New Zealand.
First, all the canoes lined up to start the race.
Once they started, everyone was zooming along the water, fighting for a medal.
Finally, New Zealand was in the front.It was so close to the finish, and guess who won! Us! new Zealanders! Yes! A gold medal! We were the winners for the rowing. It was amazing!
I wonder who will win the next one. I hope us.

ReplyDeleteI like the way your introduction tells us all about who was racing and where and why. You then use lots of short sentences which makes you feel like you are going really fast.
I can see you are really excited about this event.
How do you think the two rowers felt as they were getting ready and taking part in the race?
